Step 1 — Understanding Your Organisation

We begin with deep-dive consultations to understand your business, its culture, its strategic objectives, and the precise leadership gap you need filled. From this, we establish a clear written brief and agree on a detailed role specification the foundation for everything that follows.

 

Step 2 — Market Research & Talent Mapping

Using our extensive databases and regional networks across Africa, the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East, we conduct a comprehensive scan of the talent landscape. We analyse industry peers, map competitor organisations, and identify professionals who may not be actively searching but are the right fit.

 

Step 3 — Rigorous Screening

Every candidate is personally screened by our specialists through video calls, structured interviews, or in-person meetings where possible. We submit only a curated shortlist, each supported by a confidential report detailing our independent analysis and appraisal. We do not recycle CVs.

 

Step 4 — Coordinated Interviews

We manage the full interview process on your behalf, coordinating schedules and facilitating candidate interactions in close collaboration with your HR and leadership teams. You focus on the assessment. We handle the logistics.

 

Step 5 — Negotiation & Appointment

Once your preferred candidate is identified, our team leads compensation and contractual negotiations to ensure both parties reach a successful, sustainable outcome. Our placement process does not end with an offer it ends with a successful start.
